Recent/Current Transactions

In the Football market we have put together some funding structures with a small panel of Banks and Fund Management Firms.(FMF) In these challenging times the FMF are still willing to lend unlike most Banks. We offer finance for the transfer fees of Premiership, Championship and top European clubs as well as discounting future Broadcasting monies. We have completed a considerable number of deals. Additionally, we have devised a unique tax enhanced season ticket funding scheme. We have completed several of these with more Clubs completing in the coming months.

Leading clubs in France, Spain, Portugal, Holland and Argentina have exclusively mandated us. We have also sourced asset finance facilities for some of our football club clients. We are involved in Football Club acquisitions working with another company who specialise in this arena on behalf of high net worth individuals.

We completed the very first financing transcation for a Premiership club which is Shariah law compliant. This deal will form a template for future robustly structured transactions in the UK and Europe.

We are increasingly being asked by our client football Clubs to raise finance for new Stadiums, stadium upgrades and stadium refinacing. We have selected a specialist panel of Banks with whom we can work on these projects.

We have completed one transaction in the Golf market by raising funding for a client to buy out other shareholders.

We are currently working on transcations in the Rugby and Boxing markets.

We completed a landfill power project which was financially structured by us. Not only did we obtain 100% finance for our client but we also managed to have the soft costs included in the funding.

We have written deals for all types of Local Authority equipment, containers, all types of commercial vehicles, office furniture, fixtures and fittings, gas turbine engines, CHP units and Wind Turbines to name but a few.

We have financed transactions in most countries in Europe and other areas around the world.

As well as having extensive contacts with financial institutions we also have widespread connections in the Insurance market. We have created a Contingent Insurance policy with a leading Lloyds syndicate for credit facilities in the Football market. Additionally, we are developing an insurance product with an Insurance partner to cover technology risk on Waste Energy projects.

We have just celebrated our 10th Anniversary. During that period we can proudly say that no Lender has ever lost a single penny on any of the transcations introduced by us.
